Amigos Center started in 1997 and is a non-profit with four locations in SW Florida dedicated to providing tools for successful assimilation to immigrants and their families. We have an immigration center in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Golden Gate which focuses on providing legal assistance for immigration papers. We hold three of the six offices in SW FL accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals to practice immigration law. In Bonita Springs and Immokalee we have a social service center which provides humanitarian aid in the form of food, clothing and advocacy in addition to English classes and educational talks for the communities. These two locations also house church plants in both Spanish and Creole.
